Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions & Interpretation
1.1. Dentalities: Refers to the e-commerce platform operated by PT Dentalities Retail Group in Indonesia.
1.2. Customer: Any person or entity that purchases Products from Dentalities.
1.3. Products: The items available for sale on the Dentalities platform.
1.4. Order: The request made by the Customer to purchase Products from Dentalities.
2. Purchase of Products
2.1. Customer Compliance: By placing an Order, you agree to adhere to all guidelines, policies, and notices provided by Dentalities, which may be updated periodically. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms.
2.2. Product Descriptions: Dentalities strives to provide accurate descriptions of Products. However, in case of any discrepancies between the Product description and the actual Product received, please refer to our return policy in Clause 6.
2.3. Order Placement: Orders can only be placed through the Dentalities platform by completing the necessary forms and clicking “Place my Order.” You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your Order.
2.4. Order Confirmation: All Orders are considered final once placed. Dentalities reserves the right to accept or reject any Order. An Order is confirmed only after you receive an acceptance notice from Dentalities.
2.5. Product Warranty: Warranties on Products are as described on the Product page. Any implied warranties are excluded except as required by applicable Indonesian law.
3. Delivery of Products
3.1. Delivery Address: Products will be delivered to the address specified in your Order. Ensure that the provided address is correct and complete.
3.2. Delivery Charges: Delivery fees will be indicated at the time of Order and are the responsibility of the Customer.
3.3. Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. Dentalities is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
3.4. Non-Receipt of Products: If you do not receive your Product by the expected delivery date, please contact Dentalities within 3 days of the expected date. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the Product.
4. Prices of Products
4.1. Listing Price: The price of the Products at the time of placing an Order is final. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4.2. Taxes: All prices listed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment Methods: Payments can be made using any method available on the Dentalities platform. Payment will be processed upon Order confirmation.
5.2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 60 days for the refund to be completed.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Return Policy: Products may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date if they are defective, damaged, or fundamentally different from the description.
6.2. Return Process: To initiate a return, contact Dentalities through the platform. The Product must be returned in its original condition.
6.3. Refunds or Replacements: Upon successful return, Dentalities may offer a full refund, repair, or replacement at its discretion.
7. Liability
7.1. Limitation of Liability: Dentalities’ liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Product. Dentalities is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
7.2. No Warranty: Except as expressly stated, Dentalities provides no warranties regarding the Products.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. Ownership: All intellectual property on the Dentalities platform, including trademarks, is owned by Dentalities or its licensors.
8.2. Use of Content: Customers may not use, reproduce, or alter any content from the Dentalities platform without express permission.
9. Termination
9.1. Cancellation by Customer: Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting Dentalities. Once dispatched, Orders cannot be canceled but may be returned under the conditions specified in Clause 6.
9.2. Cancellation by Dentalities: Dentalities reserves the right to cancel Orders due to mispricing, stock unavailability, or other reasons at its discretion.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
10.1. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
10.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in the courts of Indonesia.
11. General Provisions
11.1. Modifications: Dentalities reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
11.2. Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
